Visit of the Head of Parliament of the Democratic Republic of Zimbabwe to UDES

  The Solar Equipment Development Unit affiliated to the Renewable Energies Development Center (UDES / EPST CDER), received on Thursday, May 04th, 2023, the Head of Parliament of the Democratic Republic of Zimbabwe, Mr.J. Medunda who was received by the Director of the Solar Equipment Development Unit (UDES / EPST CDER), Dr. Abbas, in the presence of the General Secretary at the Ministry of Renewable Energies and the Environment, Mr. Mehmeh and local authorities of the city of Bouismail.


 This visit aims to consolidate and promote bilateral relations in various fields, particularly in the renewable energies sector, through the development of joint research projects.


  The Head of Parliament of the Democratic Republic of Zimbabwe visited the outdoor experimental platform, where various prototypes developed within the unit are exhibited illustrating the research work carried out within the unit, namely: the intelligent solar house , the solar greenhouse, desalination by reverse osmosis. Detailed explanations were given to him by the researchers concerning the operating mode of each prototype.
