Visit of the Mauritanian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research to UDES

The Solar Equipment Development Unit affiliated to the Renewable Energies Development Center (UDES/EPST CDER) received on Tuesday, February 07th, 2023, the Mauritanian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Mohamed Lemine Ould Abey Ould Cheikh El Hadrami accompanied by the rector of the University of Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Lemine Hawba. The delegation was welcomed by the Director of the Solar Equipment's Development Unit (UDES / EPST CDER) Dr. Abbas, in the presence of the Director of the Renewable Energies Development Center (EPST CDER) Dr. Hadj Arab, the two heads of UDES divisions and team leaders.
This visit is part of cooperation between the two countries in the field of renewable energies, and this through the development of joint research projects.
The Minister visited the various laboratories of the Unit as well as the outdoor experimental platform where detailed explanations were provided to him by the researchers concerning the research work developed within the Unit.
