The Solar Equipment's Development Unit (UDES/EPST CDER) participated in the second edition of the Algiers Science Fair 2025, Algiers Exposciences 2025, which was held from December 19^th to 22 ^nd , 2025 at the Palais des Expositions, Pins Maritimes (Algiers). This event is organised by the Astronomical Scientific Association of the Wilaya of Algiers, under the patronage of the Minister of Youth at the Higher Council of Youth and under the supervision of the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the Wilaya of Algiers.

This exhibition was organized within the framework of the general policy of the Algerian State and the Ministry of Youth aimed at stimulating creativity and innovation and boosting the role of young people in various scientific and development fields.

The exhibition was inaugurated by the Director of Youth and Sport of the Wilaya of Algiers, Mr. Syafi Yacine. It includes an exhibition of the realizations and innovations of young people in the scientific and technological fields, an exhibition of educational scientific activities, scientific workshops and conferences.

The latter saw the participation of the Craag, scientific associations, Algerian Space Agency and university clubs interested in astronomy, environmental preservation, ecology and some start-ups which had the opportunity to present their innovative projects.

This event is an opportunity to raise awareness of UDES's field of activity and its research work, through a stand where banners were displayed highlighting the various projects carried out by its research teams in the field of renewable energies. Namely: the treatment and recovery of wastewater by solar energy, desalination, solar drying as well as the results of innovative projects carried out by UDES/ EPST CDER and which are part of the socio- economic partnership.

This exhibition is a space for the exchange of experiences and knowledge between the different exhibitors, in order to carry out high-level scientific activities.
