On Monday, December 22^nd , 2020, UDES welcomed cadets from the Interarms Military Academy of Cherchell .this visit enters in the framework of the preparation of their end-of-study projects in the field of renewable energies.

After a brief welcome speech and a presentation given by the Director of the Division (Renewable Energies Equipments (EER), Dr. H. Belmili on the research activities carried out in the Unit . The cadets carried out a visit of the various laboratories and some research projects carried out within the Unit such as : smart solar home with low energy consumption, seawater and brackish water desalination , photovoltaic equipments application , cold production by solar thermal energy, the remote monitoring platform for photovoltaic power plants connected to the grid as well as the drying , etc.
